  ·After the new machine is running for one month, the operator should adjust the transmission chain and the transmission belt, and adjust it every two months afterwards;

  ·The horizontally sealed main driven gear should be filled with grease once every two months;

  ·The vertical seal cover is cleaned twice every week, and the longitudinal seal slide is lubricated;

  · The operator should regularly check the fastening parts for looseness, lubricating gears, racks, sprockets, chains and screw rods;

  · Always clean and wipe the outer surface of the machine cover, work surface, etc. to keep the machine clean.

Second, the maintenance of the electrical part:

  · The operator of the pillow packing machine should always check whether the wire ends of the joints are loose before starting the machine;

  ·Small particles such as dust may also affect some functions of the packaging machine. When the photoelectric switch or proximity switch probe is dusty, it may cause malfunction, so it should be checked and cleaned frequently.

  ·Detailed parts are also the focus of mechanical cleaning. For example, regularly clean the surface of the horizontal sealing ring with soft gauze and alcohol to remove the toner on the surface; (Note: be sure to cut off the power when cleaning)

  · Some parts of the pillow-type packaging machine cannot be changed at will. Non-professionals must not open the electrical part. The parameters or procedures of the inverter, microcomputer and other control components have been set. Any change will cause the system to malfunction and the machine will not work properly.

Third, the final is the lubrication of the pillow packaging machine:

  ·Rolling bearings are the parts with serious wear in the machine, so each rolling bearing should be greased once with a grease gun for about two months;

  ·The bushing on the wrapping roller, the bushing at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor should be filled with 40# mechanical oil;

  ·The bite operation of the gear is also very important, and each gear should be infused with 40# mechanical oil at the right time;

  ·The lubrication of the chain is the most common. Relatively simple, each sprocket chain should be infused with mechanical oil with a kinematic viscosity greater than 40#.

  ·The clutch is the key to the start of the packaging machine, and the clutch part should be greased at the right time.

Machinery is made up of many small parts. Once some parts are broken, it may affect the operation of the whole machine. Therefore, the daily maintenance and maintenance of the pillow packing machine is very important!
